What a thrill to receive my advanced copy of Stampington’s Take Ten in the mail and find I have had 3 cards published in this quarter’s issue. Copies are at the newsstands now, as of June 1st.
To see my cards flip to pages 14, 57, and 81.
Stamps used were from Fun Stampers Journey. Details are in the magazine.
Hope you enjoy your copy as much as I do. I always love looking through these gorgeous magazines time and time again.
Not only is this issue filled with inspiring cards and ideas to get your new year crafting mojo whirling, but something special from me.
I have a double page spread – how exciting us that!
This hit the stands at the beginning of this month, fresh inspiration to start the new year off right.
You will love this edition of cards, and you get to point to my pages and tell all your friends “Hey, I know her!”
I had some serious creative fun putting these cards together. Wait till you read the intro she wrote about these – wow!
So, I hope you enjoy this magazine as much as I do!
Have you picked up your latest copy of the Stampington’s Take Ten magazine yet? The Summer 2015 is on the newsstands and if you subscribe, you likely have gotten it in the mail already.
I am proud to share that I have a card in there!
Please notice the “badge” they sent me on my right side column.
Check out pages 43 and 46!
I had sent in 4 cards and they published 2, so I’m pretty happy.
If you are not a subscriber I hope you will pick one up and look me up. They have some fun cards I can’t wait to CASE out of this one.
Speaking of CASEing, I made a card using the card in the Stampin’ Up! catalog. It’s a different stamp set, but I was in the mood to make some Christmas cards. Kris has challenged herself to make a Christmas card a day for the month of November. I keep wavering between Fall and Christmas cards for now. I did get some Thanksgiving cards in the mail yesterday thankfully. I’ve really been working on scrapbook pages mostly. Here’s the card I CASEd from page 43.
The SU card is a lot better, but I felt inspired by the design and this is how it came out. It’s a quick and simple one. That’s one of the nice things about using the SU catalog, the ideas are so inspiring.
Well, off to stamp something! Have fun!
It was exciting to get my “artist complementary” copy of the magazine a few days ago!
This is the Autumn 2013 issue of Take Ten from Stampington and Company. I LOVE their mags and am so happy to have had a card of mine accepted.
In spite of numerous things going wrong around the house – washer had a bad bearing in the tub, the septic system had to have the air pump rebuilt, Kristy’s shelf came tumbling down from the wall, waited 2 hours at Best Buy to have my laptop looked at, and one of the ports on my desktop PC broke – life is good!
Yippy! I got a magazine in the mail today from Stampington & Company. It is “Artist” payment. I have a card published in this issue called “400 More Ideas for Handmade Cards”. I spent my first time through looking for my card, now I can’t wait to go back through and enjoy all the fabulous ideas in there.
Their publications are so thick and slick! I just love their magazines, no matter what craft they are about.
This is found on page 33.
You have until 7/31/13 to find this on the newsstand.
I’m just too excited not to share!
