Here are three cards I made recently with the Thinkits Label Card die.
The card base is Close to Cocoa, covered with Old Olive.
The base for this red and green one is from an old Scrap kit Stampin’ Up! stopped selling. They were packs with coordinating papers and card stock, and several sheets of stickers – all extra heavy quality. The red stripe is actually heavy enough for a card base. On the inside I created a place to add a personal note by folding before running through the Big Shot with a die cut.
This one features the Hostess set from the Holiday Mini, Warmth & Wonder. The cardinal is embossed with white, the tree in green and the star in yellow. I first embossed the star right on the Cherry Cobbler but it didn’t show well, so Kristy suggested I do it on white and punch it out. That worked marvelously, don’t you think? This card was created by die cutting both the white and the red, the red was then trimmed down to fit as a matting. Quick and simple.
