Peaceful Winter Bird Card

I wanted to make a winter card suitable for men with a bird.  This is what I came up with.  I thought of this bird stamp from inkadinkadoo with it’s winter-red berries.  I like the white embossed trees on the Midnight Muse card stock, and I also ran it through the Snow Burst embossing folder.  The sentiment is from an old SU! set I love called Symbols of Solitude.  Just so peaceful in its simplicity.

The cut out of the bird was in danger of getting lost so I looked for something to do.  I punched a piece of plastic packaging, pasted the image, and popped it up on the card. The plastic base works well for protecting the delicate cuts too.

This is for two challenges.
