I had fun with various techniques on this card. The base card was spritzed using a few markers. The dotted patterned paper panel was stamped with acrylic paint brushed on the rubber stamp. The brown panel was made by brushing brown acrylic on glossy and pressing the print pattern stamp from Stampin’ Up! into the wet paint. When lifted it leaves a pretty cool effect. I stamped coffee beans on the striped strip and dry brushed some paint on it. The cup and the heart are each popped up and the sentiment panel is popped. The flowers came from various patterned SU papers and run though the die, collected with a gold brad. Now, once it is together I think this would make a nice card for a man as well. Oh, and doesn’t the steam actually look like an “L”? This card was created for three challenges at Splitcoast: Alphabet letter L, sketch, Free for all stacking.
