Stampin’ Up! Fabric

I took a strip of two of the three fabrics from the box and made a flower.  The bottom layer is a cut circle of gold cloth.  I cut the red strip a little narrower than the green. To gather it, I used a double stand of thread and did a running stitch close to the edge.  I chose to leave the outer edges frayed for the vintage effect.  When ds came in and saw it, he didn’t like it – wanted the edge to be finished.  For this, however, the vintage edge is what I am using.  The brad is SU also, the fire rhinestone.  It’s a relaxing project.
